* the song "Bold & Delicious" was composed for the pop group Sweetbox by Roberto 'Geo' Rosan.
ayumi received permission to use this composition for her november 2005 single "Bold & Delicious/Pride", featuring her own lyrics.
in March 2006 Sweetbox included their original version of "Bold & Delicious" on the album "Addicted".
so, we consider our version as a cover of ayumi hamasaki, because our track is lyrically and musically heavily based on her version instead of the original sweetbox song.
